Storm to bring mostly rain, some snow to parts of the East Coast

To the north beginning on Thursday afternoon lasting into Friday morning, mild temperatures will bring rain showers to the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Meanwhile on the backside of the system a northwesterly flow will produce snow showers from the Great Lakes to the interior Northeast.
