Eastern half of U.S. to get stretch of warm weather to start off week

A stretch of warm weather is expected across the eastern half of the U.S to start off the week. The warmth will be widely felt on Tuesday. More than 30 record highs could fall, mostly located in the Ohio Valley and the Great Lakes as highs soar into the 60s and 70s.
