'Two feet of water in off ramps' near Monroe, Louisiana says field meteorologist

Field Meteorologist Brett Adair drives through storm rattled Monroe, Louisiana and gives FOX Weather a play-by-play. He said the rain fell so fast that 2 feet of water fills the on and off ramps to the highway.  He's seen power flashes, strong wind  and evidence of low level circulation. He said lightning is the biggest threat right now.
