Atmospheric river to soak West, feet of snow for higher elevations

A storm system will deliver widespread heavy rain to the western U.S early this week. A Flood Watch will stretch from Eureka to south of Monterey, California until Tuesday evening. 3-4 feet of snow is expected for parts of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
