At least 13 dead in western New York after powerful blizzard slams region

More than a dozen people were killed in western New York when a powerful blizzard dropped feet of snow in some locations as well as dangerously cold temperatures and strong winds. FOX Weather correspondent Max Gorden has the report from Hamburg, New York.
