Cold Christmas Alberta Clipper bringing more snow to Northern Tier

A fast-moving weather system moves down out of Canada on Christmas into the Northern Tier bringing more snow and freezing rain. After moving across the Midwest, the system known as an Alberta Clipper will reach the Northeast by Tuesday.
