NHC: Tropical Storm Nicole likely to become hurricane on Wednesday

In the latest 7pm ET advisory, Tropical Storm Nicole has maximum sustained winds of 65 mph and will likely become a hurricane. A Tropical Storm Watch has expanded to include the coast from the Altamaha Sound in Georgia to the South Santee River in South Carolina.
