Severe threat in Plains returns Sunday into Monday

Once the storm leaves the Intermountain West, it will eject out into the Plains and deepen, becoming a powerful low pressure system by Monday. This storm will bring the potential for heavy rain, severe storms, strong winds, and the potential for some snow.
