Eastern Kentucky flood damage has delayed the school year for thousands of students and libraries lost 25,000 books in the historic flood. Letcher County, Kentucky Public Schools superintendent Denise Yonts explains the effort to get students into class and restock libraries after some schools were damaged by up to 8 feet of flood water.
