FOX Weather Hurricane Specialist Bryan Norcross says the tropical disturbance of most interest is likely to move north of the Caribbean Islands and the chance of development remains at 80% in the next five days. On the other side of the Atlantic Ocean near West Africa, a tropical disturbance has a 50 percent of development in the next five days.
