Kentucky Dept. of Agriculture collecting donations for residents affected by deadly flooding

Kentucky Department of Agriculture and the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation are joining forces to raise funds for recovery efforts for Eastern Kentucky residents affected by the recent deadly and damaging flash flooding. Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, Ryan Quarles, joined FOX Weather Sunrise to talk more about it.
