Catastrophic flooding devastates Kentucky communities

Torrential rain in Kentucky killed at least 20 people destroying homes, roads and bridges in the state with some cut off and left stranded. Governor Andy Beshear said this is one of the worst disasters in Kentucky's history. President Joe Biden approved a disaster declaration for Kentucky with the federal government closely watching the situation.
