Tornadoes possible in upper Midwest as severe storm threat stretches from MS Valley to Carolinas

Severe thunderstorms are possible late Thursday afternoon into Thursday night in portions of the upper Midwest. Large hail, damaging wind gusts and a couple of tornadoes are all threats in this region.
