Pacific storm bringing much-needed rain to West

Active period continues from the Rockies to the Pacific Northwest as low elevation rain and mountain snow impact the region. A Pacific storm system on the West Coast will usher in periods of valley and coastal rain and mountain snow to northern California, the Sierra Nevada and southern Oregon.
