Heavy rain threatens to create Sunday soaker in Southeast

As the first storm moves into Canada on Sunday, a new wave of low pressure will develop along its cold front producing a new round of storms. A flash flood risk will exist from Sunday into Monday along the Mississippi and Ohio valleys as deep moisture from the Gulf of Mexico meets up with the front.
