California could see another summer of historic drought conditions

After a very wet December, much of California and the Southwest experienced a near-record dry January. Now, during the peak of their wet season, there is not a drop of rain or snow in their forecast for the next two weeks. Unless the pattern turns around, it looks like another summer of historic drought conditions.
