Peaceful scene after snow falls in Reston, Virginia

A winter storm that produced more than a half-foot of snow for areas of Kentucky and Tennessee is quickly moving through the Northeast on Friday, but before all is said and done, millions of Americans will see significant snowfall. Laura Larson posted this video on Twitter from Reston, Virginia.  The National Weather Service in Sterling, Virginia, said cold and blustery conditions continue Friday, and cold again on Saturday. Freezing rain possible Sunday morning before transitioning to plain rain ahead of a cold front Sunday afternoon.
