Tropical Storm Barry to produce strong winds, heavy rain to eastern Mexico

Tropical Storm Barry is nearing the eastern Gulf Coast of Mexico on Sunday and expected to to produce heavy rain and flash flooding early this week. Meanwhile, the National Hurricane Center is watching an area for possible tropical development off the Southeastern U.S. coast.
