Remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal have brought historic flooding to North Carolina, with Flood Warnings in effect for multiple rivers from early Thursday morning through late Friday morning. In Chapel Hill, over 10 inches of rain from Chantal's remnants last weekend led to widespread flooding, forcing many to abandon their vehicles.
