Twenty years ago, Hurricane Katrina brought devastation to the Gulf Coast, specifically New Orleans. Levees failed during the hurricane, flooding the city and trapping residents inside their homes. Retired U.S. Coast Guard Pilot Brian Bailey joined FOX Weather on Wednesday, Aug. 27, to talk about what he experienced when responding to one of the worst natural disasters in U.S. history.
