Storms bringing heavy rain to West Coast for first weekend of new year

A flash flood threat exists for most of the California coasts through Monday, as another storm brings heavy rain to the West Coast this weekend. The National Weather Service in the Bay Area warned of coastal flooding around the San Francisco Bay on Friday and Saturday.
