Tropical Storm Dexter maintains intensity moving out into Atlantic

Tropical Storm Dexter continues to move northeast away from the U.S. in the northern Atlantic. The storm is maintaining 40 mph winds on Tuesday afternoon with additional strengthening expected in the coming days.
