Flooding rain forecast for areas flooded by Chantal

Slow-moving storms moving across parts of the Carolinas and up the coast will return the flood threat to areas still recovering from deadly impacts from Tropical Depression Chantal. At least four are dead in North Carolina from the flooding earlier this week. On Wednesday, heavy rain is forecast over the I-95 corridor from North Carolina through Philadelphia.
