Florida bracing for days of rain after Hurricane Imelda creates rough surf, life-threatening rip currents
Hurricane Imelda is churning off the East Coast creating High Surf Advisories through Thursday from the Outer Banks of North Carolina down to eastern Florida, covering more than 800 miles of coastline. Meanwhile, a cold front will be moving through the Southeast and northern Florida and stall on Thursday bringing 3-5 inches of rain along Florida's East Coast through Sunday. Meteorologist Michael Estime has the latest conditions.
