Javier Lojan, Acting Commissioner of the New York City Sanitation Department, joined FOX Weather after the historic '26 Blizzard. While the millions across the Big Apple braced one of the biggest snow events in the city's storied history, the Sanitation Department was hard at work clearing the streets of the five boroughs.
