Severe storms are forecast to reignite over more than 37 million people across the Plains and Upper Midwest on Friday. A Level 2 out of 5 severe thunderstorm risk covers parts of Iowa, Illinois, northern Missouri, southeastern Nebraska and northern Kansas. Storms could pack large hail and damaging wind.
