Hurricane Humberto, Tropical Storm Imelda bringing large waves, life-threatening surf to East Coast

Hurricane Humberto has weakened to a Category 2 storm and is expected to continue to weaken into Wednesday, as it moves into the open Atlantic. However, Humberto and Tropical Storm Imelda are still expected to bring life-threatening surf and rip currents to the East Coast as well as the Northern Caribbean. While Humberto is not expected to hit Bermuda, Imelda is expected to approach the island as a hurricane on Wednesday.
