Southeast coast on alert for Nor'easter impacts

Moderate-to-major coastal flooding is possible along the East Coast this weekend, as a coastal storm blossoms into a Nor'easter. The Carolinas face several inches of rain, rough surf, coastal flooding and beach erosion from the storm.
