BRIGHTON STRONG: Hurricane Melissa slammed Jamaica as a historic category 5 hurricane tearing apart homes throughout the country. People with deep ties to the community are launching their own initiatives to help with relief efforts. Webster McDonald, an assistant professor at University of Kanas and former resident of Brighton, Jamaica joins FOX Weather to discuss how he is supporting the island.
