Saline County Judge Matt Brumley joined FOX Weather from the Saline County Fairgrounds in Benton, Arkansas, where a rodeo arena collapsed under the weight of ice and snow. The Arkansas county was devastated by the major winter storm that resulted in approximately 60 collapsed buildings.
