Second round of snow for Virginia, North Carolina, amid active start to winter

Another burst of light snow will be possible on Monday as a fast-moving system slides off the East Coast. Most of Virginia and northern North Carolina are under Winter Weather Advisories, with 1-3 inches of snow expected through Monday evening.
