Tropical Storm Jerry no longer forecast to become hurricane, bringing flooding rain to Leeward islands

Though no longer expected to become a hurricane, Jerry is still bringing heavy rain to the Leeward Islands. The storm is forecast to curve further out to sea before dissipating. Subtropical Storm Karen also formed in the North Atlantic.
