Odds increase for development of next tropical system in the Atlantic

The Main Development Region in the Atlantic is showing more signs of life as forecast models hone in on a tropical wave moving toward the Caribbean into next week. An area to watch has been marked in the Main Development Region and now has a medium chance of development over the next 7 days; a tropical depression is possible by the end of next week near the Lesser Antilles.
