Potential Tropical Cyclone 4-E is developing in Eastern Pacific

The National Hurricane Center has designated Potential Tropical Cyclone Four-E in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. It is expected to eventually become Tropical Storm Delila very soon and bring impacts to the coast of Mexico.
