US Coast Guard working hard to keep New York harbor clear as ice thaws from the Hudson
The Coast Guard has been hard at work over the last few weeks to keep New York waterways clear of ice so boats don't get stuck. As temperatures warm slightly, rivers should start to thaw soon, giving them a little break from a brutal winter thus far. Commander Timothy Bonner joins FOX Weather to talk about the effort the Coast Guard has been putting in.
