Tropical moisture to bring days of rain, flooding to Florida

A front is going to slowly stall out over south Florida to start the weak. Flash flooding will be likely Monday through Tuesday including Miami-Dade. By late Wednesday into Thursday, a very weak low may try to form as it lifts north up the Southeast Coast. Tropical development is highly unlikely, but cannot be ruled out completely.
