California drought free for first time in 25 years

Heavy rains over the last few weeks have led California to be drought free for the first time in 25 years. Reservoirs are re-filling and recouping from all this time of being in a drought. This is a stark contrast to a year ago, when the state was deep into drought. To talk more about the weather patterns behind this is California State Climatologist Michael Anderson.
