Severe weather expected to return to the Midwest this week bringing damaging winds and heavy rain

Starting Monday, multiple days of severe weather will return as a spring cold front shifts south. The event will begin across the Upper Midwest, Ohio Valley and Great Lakes before moving into the Plains and Deep South later this week. Heavy rain, thunderstorms and damaging winds are expected.
