Arizona has been experiencing instances of flash flooding due to torrential and thunderstorms across the region, and that has led to numerous water rescues by first responders. Sgt. Daniel Campbell of the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona talked about the rescue of a man and child from the roof of a stranded car with FOX Weather Meteorologists Marissa Torres and Stephen Morgan.
